HelpAtHome NC is a free referral and matching service. We connect families with independent home care providers in our partner network. We are not a home care agency, we do not employ caregivers, and we do not provide care ourselves.
We are responsible for making a good-faith, informed introduction based on the budget, needs, and preferences you share with us, and for only working with providers that hold the licenses and insurance required by North Carolina for the services they deliver.
All care services, caregiver employment or placement, scheduling, pricing, and care agreements are between you and the provider you choose to work with. Your agreement for care is with that provider, not with HelpAtHome NC. We encourage every family to verify licensing, insurance, and references directly and to review the provider's service agreement before care begins.
Nothing we say or publish is medical, legal, or financial advice. Decisions about care should be made with your loved one's physician and other qualified professionals.
The service is free for families. We receive a referral fee from the matched provider when a placement succeeds. This does not increase your cost of care.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpAtHome NC's liability related to the use of this website or our matching service is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes of any provider.
