HelpAtHome NC ("we," "us") is a free home care matching service operated in North Carolina. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it, in plain language.

What we collect

• Information you submit through our forms: name, email, phone number, ZIP code, hourly budget, and the type of care you are looking for.
• Information you share with us by phone, text, or email while we work on your match.
• Basic website analytics such as pages visited and general location, if analytics are enabled.

How we use it

• To contact you about your care request and prepare your match.
• To introduce you to one matched home care provider in our partner network. This is the core of the service and the only reason we share your contact information with anyone.
• To follow up after your match and make sure the fit is right.

What we never do

• We never sell your information.
• We never share your information with multiple providers at once or place it in any lead marketplace.
• We never send your information to a provider before speaking with you, unless you ask us to move that fast.

How we are paid

Our service is free for families. We are paid a referral fee by the provider in our partner network when a successful match is made. This fee is never added to your cost of care.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@helpathomenc.com or calling (704) 380-0344. If you opt in to text messages, reply STOP at any time to opt out.
